Today I had to have my beautiful little dog Levi put to sleep. I took her to the vet thinking she had teeth problems that had become infected and it turned out she had a tumor. She turned 12 this month and I know I have done the right thing and not let her suffer but it is such a hard experience to go through. She really has been the sweetest girl and I am going to miss her terribly.

Sue, sorry that your dog is gone, it's like losing a family member. I don't know what I'll do when our cat goes. He's getting up there in age as well.

I'm so sorry dear, my heart aches for you. I have a poochie too,...must have been so hard - but there must be a peace now. Hang in there, the pain will lighten with time, hugs.
